1. SERVICES Fields of Elysium LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides breathwork workshops ("Services") at Subconscious Jiu-Jitsu in Los Angeles. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our Services.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS By purchasing, registering for, or participating in our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

3. WORKSHOP REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT 3.1 Registration is required for all workshops. 3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. 3.3 Prices are subject to change without notice. 3.4 We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY 4.1 Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the workshop start time will receive a full refund. 4.2 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop will receive a credit for a future workshop. 4.3 No-shows will not receive a refund or credit. 4.4 We reserve the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, all registered participants will receive a full refund.

5. PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS 5.1 Participants must be at least 18 years of age or accompanied by a legal guardian. 5.2 Participants are required to complete a separate liability waiver before participating in any workshop. 5.3 Participants must arrive on time. Late arrival may result in denied entry without refund. 5.4 Participants must follow all instructor directions and workshop protocols.

6. HEALTH AND SAFETY 6.1 Participants are responsible for determining their fitness to participate in breathwork activities. 6.2 We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before participating in our workshops. 6.3 We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

7. WORKSHOP ENVIRONMENT 7.1 We strive to maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for all participants. 7.2 Disruptive behavior, harassment, or violation of workshop protocols may result in immediate removal without refund. 7.3 Personal belongings are the responsibility of participants. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 8.1 All workshop materials, methods, and content are proprietary to Fields of Elysium LLC. 8.2 Recording, photographing, or sharing of workshop content is prohibited without express written permission.

9. PRIVACY POLICY 9.1 We collect and maintain participant information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. 9.2 Contact information will only be used for workshop-related communications unless otherwise authorized.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS 10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. 10.2 Updated Terms will be posted on our website with the effective date. 10.3 Continued use of our Services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
